The beverage pairing program at Jen is not one of the traditional sense. Our beverages are curated and crafted by the kitchen, allowing the chef total control over the guests food & drinks. It allows for maximum creativity and sensory experience. Infusions, fermentation, tea & local wines make appearances on the pairing.
